Every SÕNUM piece is handcrafted by artist and calligrapher Tatiana Iakovleva in our studio in the heart of Tallinn, Estonia. Hand-packed with care and attention.
Ready-to-order jewellery is usually prepared for shipping within 7 days.
Custom commissions may require between 1 and 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work.
We will let you know when your order has been posted to you. If the delivery address is within Estonia, your order should normally be received within 1-3 working days from the date of posting, and within 7-31 working days if the delivery address is outside Estonia. In exceptional circumstances, production or delivery may take up to 45 calendar days. Should this happen, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Orders within Estonia are shipped with Omniva or can be collected from our studio (the address is Hobusepea 2, 10133 Tallinn, Estonia).
International orders are shipped with DHL.

The cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the buyer, the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
As soon as your order leaves our studio, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND FEES
All expenses relating to customs duties and fees are paid by the buyer, as soon as the package reaches its destination. We send all ordered items from Estonia (EU). In certain regions outside the European Union postal items are subject to customs duties.
Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 14 days and we'll be happy to help.
A refund or exchange will not be possible if:
1. You have not contacted SÕNUM Jewellery by email at iakovleva.calligraphy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Upon return and inspection the item is not in its original condition or shows signs that it has been used or damaged after you received the item. In this case, a partial refund may be offered but this is at the sole discretion of SÕNUM Jewellery.
3. Items that have been customized, including engraving and special ring sizing, are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are found to be faulty.
4. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or damaged when you receive them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
